Luke the "whale rider."
On July 3, we went to the beach with Daddy and Papa Jim. Going to the beach is one of Luke's favorite activities in the summer, and it was Giovanni's first time. Gio loved seeing everything around him. He was so excited by the birds and people. He laid on the bamboo mat looking up at the blue sky, smiling and laughing. Lukie ran in the water with Papa Jim. Charlie got his jeans all wet following Lukie into the water. I think next time he will wear shorts.
The ice cream truck was the best part of the trip for Lukie. He loves the strawberry popsicle with real strawberry bits. I stayed on the shore with Gio and let him play in the sand. He enjoyed the beach very much.
